Rreturns Policy

Our return policy is 30 days from the date you receive your  Tracker. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your tracking device, just let us know and we'll provide you with an RA# and instructions to send it back for a full refund (less our actual shipping costs).  Installation and configuration fees, accessories, and devices used outside of the country they were originally shipped to, are non-refundable.  All we ask is that you send us back the tracker and/or SIM card, and all the packaging, fully intact and without any blemishes to the product.

To begin the return process, please email support@watchmykidz.com and provide the following information:

  • Order#
  • Email address used to place the order
  • Which items you wish to return

We'll send you an RA# and an address to ship the product and the packaging. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted. Please allow a 1-2 week period to process returns.
